Hullabaloos Lemonade, founded by Randa and Leigh Abdullah-Hucker in 2014, they began with selling cream teas, brownies, and fresh lemonade at events. After a local farm shop requested bottled lemonade, the business shifted focus to handmade, all-natural drinks. Team Hullabaloos includes Randa, Leigh, Bess, Chris, Rob, and the Hullabaloos Hounds, all dedicated to creating high-quality drinks that bring smiles to their customers.
Grown Up Marshmallows are handmade in small batches on Exmoor National Park with 100% natural ingredients and packaged in 100% recyclable, biodegradable, compostable material out of consideration for the planet.

The business was founded in 2013 by Gemma, who started at the age of 20 with the support of family and friends. Along the way, many were eager to lend a hand as taste testers!
Chris Harries started beekeeping back in the mid 1970’s. Little did he know that his fascination with 2 hives in the garden, would develop into the successful bee farm of today.
Chris now runs 300 colonies of bees, divided between 20 apiaries. They forage for nectar in the fields and hedgerows of Somerset, including the Quantock and Blackdown hills, Sedgemoor and south Somerset.
In the summer many hives are moved to take advantage of the changing nectar flows, including the purple heather of Exmoor, with its distinctive aroma and flavour.

Rose Farm specialises in making over 100 traditional chutneys, sauces, preserves and dressings. Ingredients are carefully selected to produce many unique local and family recipes.
Andy and James founded Somerset Charcuterie, combining traditional European methods with the South West’s rich food culture. Starting at farmers’ markets, they now process up to two tonnes of pork weekly alongside other local meats. Handmade for artisan quality, their products feature in delis, restaurants, and pubs across the South West.
Harth is an ethical hot chocolate company based in the the heart of Somerset.
They design thier products with the outdoors in mind. Something warm to cook up over a fire, sip after a swim or even just for when you've come home from a long day. A hot chocolate with sourcing and standards as good as it tastes.
Artisan preserves all made by hand by Hazel, using the traditional open pan method in small batches, using the highest quality ingredients available.

Inspired by a love of food and a desire to create naturally delicious bites that go far beyond your run-of-the-mill supermarket snack, Mr Filbert’s was created by a small group of food enthusiasts with a shared dream; to produce gourmet snacks with a distinctive taste that people could enjoy anywhere, any time.
With 40+ years of combined fine food manufacturing experience, an appetite for hard work, along with a refurbished coffee roaster, the team soon set to work producing the first ever Mr Filbert’s snacks back in 2010 in small batches by hand.
